Oil Prices Lower per 1 December 2008
Indonesian Government decided to take the policy to lower the premium price, from Rp 6,000 per liter to Rp 5,500 per liter.
The decision was taken at the Office of the President Jakarta, Thursday (6 / 11). “The decision applies per 1 December 2008,” said Finance Minister Sri Mulyani in a press conference at the Presidential Office.
To subsidies other fuels, oil and diesel fuel, are not revealed because it is still far from the economics price.

Have you read the novel Laskar Pelangi? It’s not complete if you not watching Laskar Pelangi The Movie
Visualization of the members Laskar Pelangi in the novel Laskar Pelangi (Andrea Hirata) to Laskar Pelangi The Movie (RIri Reza and Mira Lesmana Production) is quite interesting. I have not read the full stories from the novel, but I will try to read (I don’t have the book, Can I borrow the book please?) :).
From the technical side, this movie worked on neatly. Cinematographers Yadi Sugandhi has a display pictures and beautiful concept well. From the idea, this movie using the various problems evident in the way to make people have a clear vision with and can be enjoyed.
But, from the plot of the story I think the director can’t focus on the theme of the stories. Education for poor people. The theme’s split up to many sub-story that sometimes not very clear and not useful to build up the main story. Except for the people who’s read Novel Laskar Pelangi.

Korban tewas karena terinjak-injak saat berebut pembagian zakat semuanya adalah wanita. 21 korban tewas ini sampai sekarang masih di kamar mayat RS R Soedarsono, Purut, Pasuruan.
Betapa perih hati ini mendengar kabar tersebut. Apa yang bisa dibanggakan dari pemerintahan saat ini? bohong jika kemiskinan berkurang, yang ada hanyalah angka yang direka sedemikian rupa. Insiden pasuruan adalah bukti betapa pemerintah kita -sekali lagi- bobrok.
Dan lihat para elit-elit politik yang mengiklankan kampanyenya di televisi juga aksinya di layar kaca, mereka bicara tentang rakyat. Sesungguhnya yang mereka perbuat hanyalah menambah beban kesengsaraan rakyat.
Dengan ini bangzenk menyatakan, jangan pilih politisi yang tak menggunakan nuraninya untuk melayani dengan sepenuh hati rakyat dan bangsa Indonesia.
Hal lainnya, jika di daerah kawan-kawan ada kebiasaan serupa (bagi-bagi uang sok pamer) sebaiknya laporkan ke ketua RT/RW supaya disarankan disalurkan melalui lembaga zakat macam PKPU, Rumah Zakat, LAZNAS, dsb. yang sudah terakuntansi secara publik (baca: sertifikasi). Sehingga, semoga tidak ada lagi insiden serupa berulang.
